Sometimes an error message may be seen stating that a script has stopped running or is not responding.

This seems to occur a lot with Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) and can be caused by many reasons. Some of the following may help you solve the problem.

·  A network setting blocking a URL that is referenced in the website
In order to rule out a network setting as the cause. Open website outside of the network where the issue occurred i.e. Try opening the site at home or on a 3G mobile device.

·  A plugin/Extension installed in the browser

See if a browser add-on is causing the problem. Start Internet Explorer without add-ons by right-clicking the IE icon on the desktop. Choose Start without add-ons or from Start> Programs> Accessories> System tools> Internet Explorer (no add-ons), if the problem goes away then an add-on is causing it.
