Ongoing Support & Maintenance
New websites comes with a 30 day bug fix period from launch or training (whichever comes first). All other support will be charged at normal or urgent rates unless pre-paid support hours are purchased.
Pre-Paid Support Hours
If you choose to purchase a pre-paid block of support service, you will receive a Priority Response at discounted rates. This option provides you with the best value for money long term. A pre-paid maintenance block can be used for Training, Phone and Email Support or Bug Fixes that fall outside the free bug fix period.

Our team will provide an estimated time frame in which the solution will be achieved. This solution will normally be delivered within one week.
Standard Hourly Rate
If you choose not to enter a pre-paid maintenance program, our hourly rates will apply. In this situation your work will be quoted and scheduled within the ordinary course of business.

Where an urgent and immediate response is required, clients who do not have a pre-existing support plan will be charged at $240 per hour for that work. For work required outside normal working hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm), a 100% loading applies (currently $320 per hour).
