As your website is built upon a proprietary CMS (Web Template), the source code cannot be provided, however there are a few options for you which have been listed below.

You can download any files you had uploaded to the site from the File Library

We can provide the File Library files on usb (images and documents they have uploaded to the file library of Web Template) - chargeable

We can run a script that extracts the site into HTML pages and includes the images/styling/pages and files. This can be uploaded as a static website to any web server. It will no longer be content managed – chargeable
Any Web Template functionality or modules will not be included.
