1. From the Dashboard, click Settings.


2. Under Settings, select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.


3. Add new email account by tapping Add Account.

4. Select Other.


5. Tap Add Mail Account.

 


Enter the requested information:

 

Name: the name of the mail user

 



Address: the email address of the mail user

 


Password: enter the users password

 

 

Description: a description of the mail user

 


6. Click Next.


7. Select server type POP.


Enter the Incoming Mail Server information:


Host Name: enter incoming mail server
User Name: enter the full email address
Password: enter the user's password


8. Scroll down and enter the Outgoing Mail Server information: 

Host Name: enter outgoing mail server of your mobile phone provider
User Name: leave blank
Password: leave blank


9. Click Save.


10. If you see a message that says "Cannot Connect Using SSL", click Yes when asked to set up the account without SSL. Otherwise, select email account and tap the name of the email account you've just set up.

11. Scroll down to Outgoing Mail Server and tap SMTP.


12. Tap the field below Primary Server and scroll down to Use SSL. Tap the indicator next to it until the function is turned off.


13. Turn off password encryption by tapping Authentication and then tap Password to uncheck it. Click Back


14. Enter the outgoing port by tapping Server Port and key in 25 and click Done.


15. Select settings for retrieval of new email by tapping Fetch New Data and tap the indicator next to Push to turn the function on or off.


If you turn off Push, tap the required period or manually.
