As some of you are aware, there was a recent and unscheduled WebTemplate Outage causing inaccessibility to websites and their back-end management. This was not malicious, there was no security breach or data lost from this incident.
WebTemplate is back up and running, with ongoing optimisation and investigation continuing.
We have discovered that the issue was a result of maximised disc space on the server. We have since removed a number of legacy files and sites ensuring this cannot occur again and are looking at increasing the size. This should not be an issue moving forward and we will continue to monitor and report as we go.
